Registration Check list:
• Computer with Internet access, Microsoft Word & E-mail
capability.
• Team Name (Remember this is a Family oriented event).
• Choose 3 different numbers between 20 and 200 for your
possible racer numbers.
• Photos of all Racers in Team in Digital Format of at least
800x600 resolution.
• AMA Number all members of the team.
• Enter T-Shirt sizes for team members.
• Home town, home state and birth date of all members of
the team.
• Sponsors & Accomplishments that you want to mention.
• Entry fee. Add 3% if using PayPal.
Instructions:
1. Download Entry Form by clicking in link on front main page.
2. Save Entry Form to your computer.
3. Open Entry Form with MS Word.
4. Read complete form.
5. Fill out all white boxes that apply.
6. Save a copy to your Computer.
7. Email Entry Form and Photos to: Registration@HeartlandChallenge.com
8. Send Entry Fee by Money Order, Check or PayPal. Check Entry

Things to remember:
• If your all your racer number choice's are taken or if
you leave it blank you will be assigned a number.
• All info must be complete, confirmed and registration
fee paid before entrees will be official.
• Names, Photos, Sponsors and Home Towns will be posted
on Web site/Advertising.
• Contact Information will only be used by Race officials
and will not be posted.
